Beth Caldwell is a branding and publicity expert and award-winning entrepreneur. She helps female financial professionals create systems, get organized, increase productivity, and fill their practice to full capacity. Her refreshing style and unlimited energy have impacted professionals around the world.
Beth is the founder of the POSITION YOUR PRACTICE coaching program, Leadership Academy for Women and the host of the popular WebTV Program Monday Morning Mastermind. She spent four years as a global instructor with the Steve Harvey Success Institute, teaching classes on branding, publicity, leadership, time management, and productivity.
Beth has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Pittsburgh Magazine 40 Under 40 award for being an innovative leader, the Woman of Courage Award, and the 2021 Outstanding Women Leaders award.
Her tenth and latest book, Women, LEAD! Influential & Effective Strategies for Women Who Lead at Work, at Home, and in the Community is sold in bookstores in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Beth is the mom of two college-age sons and lives with her soul mate Paul in Pittsburgh, PA.
Christi Robinette began her career at Fragasso as a financial advisor, and she spent seventeen years in that role. Currently, Christi is the executive vice president of branch management and client experience. She oversees all branch managers, financial advisors and marketing to deliver consistencies in the Fragasso client experience across the firm. Christi directs the firm’s commitment to guiding clients toward financial security and success. She is also a member of the executive team.
